Cases, Crates and Boxes
Cases, crates and boxes are our major products. Our products are produced to Australian Standards and are suitable for all modes of transport, being interstate, intrastate or overseas. All our products are ISPM-15 Certified and are produced to suit your individual needs.
Cases and Crates are constructed primarily of kiln dried pine, with timber supplied from certified W.A. plantations. Cases are assembled such that the individual panels butt against each other, leaving no gaps and providing maximum protection.
Crates provide good protection and excellent air circulation. They are constructed in a slatted fashion for weight reduction and internal visibility.
Ply cases and MDF cases are fully enclosed and are lighter than all structural pine cases. Our plywood is manufactured by gluing together layers of wooden sheets. It’s resistance to cracking, shrinkage, twisting/warping, and its general high degree of strength makes it perfect for all conditions.
We offer steel framing on our plywood cases if they need to be customised for long term. All ply cases provide solid, weather-proof protection, which makes them perfect for sea or air freight.
Flat packs are pre-assembled crates with customised dimensions ready to be assembled. They are an ideal option if the crate is extra large or if they need to be assembled in a certain way on, or around a product. Our packing team know the crates inside out and can assemble the crates in the most suitable way for your products.
Our products can be constructed using hinges, metal framing or any other required accessories and hardware attachment. The cost of hinges, handles or any extras attached will be listed separately in your quote. All our products come with different design options which can be cost effective.
